What does “the effort of no effort” really mean?

Carmen Brocklehurst will join us in Lake Charles, Louisiana for a three-day retreat of shared connectedness through the T’ai Chi Chih movements Carmen was the host of the PBS 13 part television series, T’ai Chi Chih Joy Thru Movement. She is a skillful TCC teacher having learned and taught this practice in many diverse settings over the last 40 years and has studied very closely and intensively with the originator of this practice, Justin Stone. We invite you to join us in experiencing the deeper aspects of this practice in the Deep South.

The retreat fee is $395 for a shared room or $545 for a single room.

This includes 3 nights at this beautiful hotel, the retreat, the meeting room, all meals (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday thru lunch), and snacks.

We encourage everyone to stay at the hotel for the ultimate retreat experience; however, if overnight stay is not possible, commuters fee is $245.

This retreat is for those who have already learned the T’ai Chi Chih movements.
