I became a T’ai Chi Chih instructor to help people. I went through a major loss in my life and my grief counselor taught me T’ai Chi Chih to help me cope with my grief. I really enjoy helping seniors learn Tai chi Chih. I have been teaching a drop in class at the Golden Community Center twice a week
