I was first introduced to T’ai Chi Chih in the mid-1970s from a woman traveling through the Pacific Northwest where I resided at that time. She gave the lessons over six or eight weeks at a church in Seattle, Washington. I purchased an instruction book and along with her handouts and lessons was on my own with T’ai Chi Chih
