I started teaching T’ai Chi Chih to help seniors and people with disabilities regain awareness, balance, and independence in their lives. From teaching once a week at the Pittsburg Senior Center for the Pittsburg Fifty Plus Club, my classes have evolved into a mixture of in-person and online via Zoom lessons. I welcome students of all ages and abilities. I also help prepare students who wish to become Accredited TCC Teachers.

I am so grateful to be able to share T’ai Chi Chih. It has changed my life for the better. It can change yours!
