Hello and Welcome to Heritage Park!
I started practicing T’ai Chi Chih in 2015 to ease stress as at the time I was in a highly stressful job. Fast forward to my teacher retiring and I wanted to continue practicing so I decided to complete the teacher training – Accreditation Program to be able to teach T’ai Chi Chih. I love sharing this practice with students!
After teaching T’ai Chi Chih, I began learning Seijaku which is the next level of this beautiful practice. After practicing Seijaku, I knew I wanted to be able to share this level with students so I again went through the Accreditation Program for Seijaku which I now teach as well.
I teach at Heritage Park in Chula Vista on Thursday Mornings. Come join and find an hour of peace and relaxation.
