I was looking for Qi Gong classes in the local area and came across Lesley Nell teaching T’ai Chi Chih. I fell in love with this beautiful Moving Meditation immediately and decided to train as a teacher. Lesley Nell continued to teach on Zoom luckily, where I also met and have become close friends with Adam, Marcella, and Orly. Laurin McDonald kindly became our second teacher and amazingly Sandy McAllister flew into the UK, from California, so as to be there in person for our accreditation. We were extremely fortunate. Lesley, Laurin, Adam and I meet frequently as we all live close to each other in Oxfordshire.

I became an accredited teacher in December 2022 which now enhances my career, originally as a teacher and now, as a Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner.

I teach groups of 10-12 in my local Village Hall on Monday 6-7pm and Wednesdays 9.30-10.30am and the class includes those who prefer seated T’ai Chi Chih.

I have also taught TCC outside to a group of young Guides with their Guide Leaders and I currently teach via zoom on-line.
