Conference registration is now open!

Early-bird registration fee is $465, through January 31, 2024. This includes eight meals – Thursday dinner through Sunday brunch – and supports covering the hotel’s conference venue expenses.

The T’ai Chi Chih International Foundation has a scholarship fund for those teachers needing a little assistance to attend the conference. All you need do is check the “I wish to use the teacher’s scholarship fund” box when you register to reduce the fee by $250.

Registration for the Conference is a three-step process.

• Pay your registration fee by following the instructions in the registration confirmation email you will receive from “TCC Conference Registrars”
• Reserve your room directly with the conference hotel (see below)

Conference Hotel Reservations

The Albuquerque Marriott Pyramid North is ready to accept your room reservations now. Book here. Or call 1-800-262-2043 & ask for the T’ai Chi Chih rate.

We have 60 rooms reserved at the discounted conference rate of $124/night, single or double. You must reserve your room directly with the hotel. If you will share a room, please coordinate separately with the roommate. Only one of you should make the reservation, and request a double room.

Note: The Marriott’s website defaults to include the “shoulder nights” at the discounted rate.  If you are only coming for the Conference dates, please change the arrival day to Thursday, 7/25, and the departure date to Sunday, July 28. The reservation for three nights should be, with taxes, ~$430.77.
