50 Years of TCC

It was great to see and meet our fellow teachers in person. It was a fabulous conference with a serious ending from Sandy McAlister. We just celebrated the 50-year anniversary of Tai Chi Chih (TCC) and now we must preserve and grow this healthful, helpful practice for the next generation.

We need to talk to people in our everyday lives. Mention our practice and how it helps us. We need to spread Sandy’s newsletters (and this Vital Force). Share them physically (at a neighborhood center), via email, or leave them under the door of a neighbor who expressed interest. Do a small demonstration to mothers of young children while they are at the playground. A few movements they can watch while we explain the benefits of TCC.

What suggestions do you have to grow the awareness of TCC, to grow as we bring this practice forward into the future?
