Connected in Cyprus

Because of the time difference with Cyprus and the U.S., and the fact that we had houseguests visiting from New York, I wasn’t able to participate in much in the T’ai Chi Chih (TCC) teacher conference. However, I did do a group practice where I saw a few familiar faces (so many new faces!) and followed one of Carmen’s workshops. Since the broken neck with all the metal and nuts and bolts in my neck, I can usually only manage to do six reps.

Life ticks on and I try to do my TCC every day and think of all the students and teachers around the world who are also doing their practices. It certainly helps to keep me sane and enables me to deal better with all the responsibilities and stresses that come my way.
