Found Peace — Now What?
T’ai Chi Chih (TCC) and Seijaku, if practiced regularly and with an open mind to change, can bring about great peace in life. But what then? Struggles allow us to appreciate peace when it peaks through a busy mind of solving problems or “what ifs.” With fewer or no struggles, what do you do with yourself? What are your goals? What are you trying to experience? The answer is nothing. Trying to do something brings effort and discord. Remaining in the present and having gratitude gives joy. As Justin said:
Whether trying to do or solve too much — or having no struggles with nothing to do — come back to the present, stay in the moment, and find the joy. Find the gratitude that is so abundant in life. May you find peace and joy as a result of practicing TCC.
