Hooked While Showering

Note from B. J.’s teacher: B.J. is in her 20’s. She’s a neat person but has stated that she is clumsy, awkward and has no balance. Often, when a person isn’t athletic, they can’t believe how graceful they can move while doing TCC. B.J. is that person.

I want to tell you about my morning because I thought you would love this: While waiting for the shower to warm up, I did Rocking Motion simply to try to remember it. While in the shower, I tried to remember Six Healing Sounds. By the time I was out of the shower, I was more awake than I have ever been in the morning. I really felt empowered to face the day. It was a spiritual kind of deal; I think I’m hooked.
