Joy in the Heart, Joy in the Mind, Joy in the Soul!

In February two three-night Retreats were held in one breathtakingly beautiful and peaceful location high on a ridge overlooking the town of Santa Barbara, CA and the Pacific Ocean. Both were led by Sr. Antonia Cooper and hosted by Pam Towne. The first was attended mostly by TCC students, the second by all TCC teachers. In each Retreat Sr. Antonia led us deeper & deeper into our practice, focusing on flowing from the center with ever greater softness & continuity. The result was Joy…Peace…Love!
