CENTERING…FOCUSING…SINKING INTO THE ARMS OF MOTHER EARTH

I breathe in calm … I let go of chaos.

I breathe in peace … I let go of my scattered self.

I release my spirit to soar with joy and song …

… as the circle of life goes on.

… as the circle of life goes on.

Yesterday’s illusions have no place in the clarity of this new hour …

I let them go.

My spirit rises on the currents of the morning warmth …

as I send a prayer of gratitude for where my path may lead.

My buried dreams … my heartfelt longings …

I gather, embrace, bring into my heart space …

and release to the wisdom of the universe.

The Chi flows … and dances.

The Chi creates … and teaches.

The one lesson to be learned … Send LOVE … Give LOVE … BE LOVE.

Open to LOVE … Accept LOVE … Welcome LOVE in … with a song.

… as the circle of life goes on.

… the gift of serenity … the power of balance …

… the release of tension … the nourishment of self …

… and the pure joy of movement … the wonderful joy of movement.

Feel the power … feel the softness …

feel the stirring of excitement as the Chi flows with an effortless effort.

Feel the water of the stream as it warms and becomes the cloud …

… as it drops to the earth as rain …

… and joins the stream …

… only to rise again and continue the endless cycle of birth and rebirth …
