T’ai Chi Chih is You and Me

Recently I sat and read through all the issues of The Vital Force. What work they have done, what energy, what a joy!
Have you ever gotten caught in the day-to-day routine, thinking it is all so daily? Read Justin’s article on the Essence of T’ai Chi Chih, and with the softness that he talks about, suddenly every moment becomes a precious gem and life becomes simple and meaningful.
Have you felt lonely? Read the letters from the other teachers. The heartfelt love and dedication become very plain, not only for the students that they teach, but for their own growth and development. It seems that we are all like Alice in Wonderland as we wander through this new world that is opening up for us. Sometimes we seem to be so small that we can’t see the forest for the trees, and at other times we are growing so fast that we are sure to break out of the box we have made for ourselves any minute.
Have you felt left out? What do you do now that you are a Certified Teacher? Sign up for the 2nd Annual T’ai Chi Chih International Conference, of course. Letter after letter talked about how special it was to be with Justin, to experience the clarity of his consciousness. There are so many of us now—all beautiful, of course. What a great experience to come to beautiful California and to share with Jean what is happening in the Dakotas, with Oonagh about Arizona, and with Steve about Denver, not to mention the strong growth that is taking place in all parts of California, and everywhere else. There is so much happening that it is just the fire that we need to get going on those brilliant ideas that we have—about checking into other areas for new classes: universities, churches, schools, hospitals, friends and businesses. It is exciting to read that Lucy is on the staff of a company, teaching them how to relax and live more efficient, effective lives through T’ai Chi Chih.
I was particularly impressed with Jean Katus’ letter. It warmed my heart to know that in Justin we have a “True Friend”. We have only to share to know that he is always there for us.
Thank you all for sharing so openly both successes and disappointments. Since many of us are still at the stage where we experience both, it is Good to have company along the way.
I look forward to seeing all of you at the next conference.
Thanks for the Love,

(I am finding that T’ai Chi Chih belongs everywhere. I have set up classes in a Phone Answering Co., a Real Estate Co., Adult Night Classes at the University, The Fire Department, Senior Citizens Centers, A fall Meditation Retreat and soon at Albuquerque Hospital. How blessed we are!)
