TCC at the Summit for Parkinson’s Conference
In October, I presented T’ai Chi Chih (TCC) to providers and professionals from the Comprehensive Movement Disorders Program for Northern California, Kaiser Permanente, the Brian Grant Foundation, Community Hospital, Providence St. Patrick Hospital, Partners in Home Care, and other local professionals and Parkinson’s teams. Knowledge, exercise, nutrition, and connection can be utilized as powerful tools for those dealing with the impact of the disease.
It was a joy for me to present TCC. What an amazing experience to be in front of everyone that day who joined me (either standing or seated) in Push Pull. The energy was quite powerful, and I received a warm feeling of self-gratification.
This was an excellent opportunity to connect and meet others in this community — professionals and caregivers — and to lovingly introduce them to TCC. The Parkinson’s Summit Conference is an annual event. I encourage TCC teachers to look into this event in your area.
