The question to me isnot “How has T’ai Chi Chih changed my life?” but rather “How has TCC not changed my life?” I’m clearer, healthier, happier and joyful-ier. (That’s not a word, I know, but it’s fun to say.)In short, TCC has changed my life from head to toe, front to back, inside out to outside in. Amazing.
