News from the Albuquerque-based TCC Association

Albuquerque, New Mexico

Justin often reminded us to “accord with impermanence.” An expiring lease provided the opportunity. A nearby location offered just the right features and facilities to support a new T’ai Chi Chih (TCC) center for at least the next three years. Effective May 1, our new address is 2132 Osuna Rd NE, Suite C, Albuquerque, NM 87113-1460.

Five years ago, when we moved (during the early uncertainty of COVID) from the place we had occupied for 24 years, we were sorry to leave behind the accumulated Chi of that location. We were wisely counseled that the Chi follows community, and so it did. We now look forward to the larger classes and open practices that the new center will allow.

Justin suggested the TCC community have a physical home. Thus, the Association was formed and the first center opened in 1995. Thirty years later, it is still exciting to be part of this latest iteration of our collective home. We thrive from the financial and volunteer support of the extended TCC community. We are grateful and give thanks! Join us when you are in Albuquerque. Contact us at or 505-299-2095.
