Northern Colorado Loves TCC

Thanks to the vision and commitment of our teacher Marie Dotts (she would say she was just following the Chi), T’ai Chi Chih (TCC) has taken root and spread throughout Northern Colorado. We celebrated with a gathering of teachers, students, and curious family members on February 24th at the Windsor Recreation Center. More than 30 people came together from eight surrounding towns to meet and complete a full silent practice.

It was amazing. Besides experiencing the wonder and power of the Chi flowing throughout the room, several people shared that this was their first, in-person practice since the pandemic. People shared the joy of moving together, following the tan t’ien of the leader, feeling the Chi, and continuing to learn and grow. The joy was palpable.

On the heels of this success, we will gather on April 27th for World T’ai Chi and Qigong Day. Join us at 10am (in your time zone) to pause, practice and share the Chi.
