I love coming across what I recognize as T’ai Chi Chih principles wherever I turn and whatever I read. It highlights the universality of our practice. My joy is sparked by making insightful connections which deepen my appreciation of TCC. I recently re-read Chapter 42 of the Tao Te Ching translated by Stephen Mitchell and was struck by the symmetry of the passage. A pyramid poem sprang into my imagination (and that doesn’t happen often).

We are One with the universe and become One as we ground. We open to and receive the goodness as we enter the flow. TCC is dynamic — with movement, activity, energy, and hope. The Chi is a force that stimulates change, progress, and transformation. Take delight whenever and wherever you encounter it.
