TCC Universe & Constellations

Linda Prosche referenced Tai Chi Chih (TCC) constellations in the February 2023 Vital Force in her article “What’s your freedom quotient?” It was based on her two-week stay with me in the rainforest in the hills above Hilo, Hawaii. The constellation concept emanated from discussions related to how TCC practice and interactions with TCC teachers and practitioners — across time and space — support efforts to manifest our “essence-tial” celestial selves.

Constellations reflect how TCC creates gravitational pulls that draw people into a matrix of mutual nurturing and nourishing orbits.

We invite you to join a collaborative, creative process to produce a graphic for our in-person 2024 International TCC conference to reflect the primary movers, nationally, by region, by state, and by community.

Big Dipper: We invite comments about creating a “Prime Mover Constellation” with Justin in the position of the North Star, and including Steve Ridley, Ed Altman, Antonia Cooper, Sandy McAlister, Pam Towne, Daniel Pienciak, and April Leffler.

Small Model Constellations: The Hawaii County constellation would include resident accredited teachers (Charles Sassan, Sharon Cushman, myself); visiting teachers (Donna McElhose, Sister Alice Holden, Rich and Leah Ashman); and teachers and students who have been here more than once in person or via Zoom (KG, Lisa Otero, Linda Prosche, Catherine Direen). Finally, teacher candidates would also be included.
