Many of you know I am planning a zoom conference. I invite you all to come!!!
Registration is open for “Student Saturday” at the annual T’ai Chi Chih Teacher’s Conference June 26, 2021.
– The day will start at 7:30am Mountain (6:30am Pacific/ 8:30am Central / 9:30am Eastern) with Sandy welcoming students and teachers to a full practice. – Sandy will lead sessions on refining movements in the morning and afternoon. – We’ll break for a meal from 11:30am-1:00pm Mountain. – Additional presentations will focus on practical aspects of movements and the principles, as well as spiritual aspects of T’ai Chi Chih. – There will be another full practice in the afternoon before the conference day concludes at 4:30pm Mountain time.
It’s a great time to learn and practice T’ai Chi Chih®, a joyful and relaxing inner discipline, or moving meditation. Great health benefits can come from regular practice. Lisa’s classes will continue to meet over Zoom in 2021 with an expanded audience.
Donations are optional, can be small, and will support the Share the Plate program at Foothills Unitarian Church, which supports organizations who are also seeking to unleash courageous love in Northern Colorado. Recent Share the Plate recipients include Homeward Alliance, Alianza NorCo, Immigrant Freedom Fund, Alliance for Suicide Prevention, Food Bank for Larimer County, and Faith Family Hospitality (and the church building is also being used to house homeless families). TO DONATE: There are two options. Text the dollar amount you want to give and tcc to 84321. For example, texting “5 TCC” to 84321 will donate $5. The first time you will need to connect with a couple of basic questions and add a payment method such as a credit card, after that it’s just the text! You will receive a confirmation and can easily refund the payment if you change your mind or make a mistake. If you prefer the web interface, go to https://foothillsuu.churchcenter.com/giving and make sure to select “T’ai Chi Chih” from the dropdown menu.

Seijaku, CO Teachers Small Group Practice, and Private Classes:
Want to go deeper or considering becoming a teacher? Private T’ai Chi Chih, Seijaku (advanced T’ai Chi Chih) and candidate mentoring sessions to prepare for teacher accreditation are available by request. Lisa also specializes in individual T’ai Chi Chih student and candidate coaching over zoom. Many teachers have found that they make great personal discoveries during the process of accreditation. She has helped several candidates become teachers and recently audited an accreditation and has a good feel for how to get the most out of the process. After helping candidates solidify their felt understanding of the principles and subtleties of the movements, focus shifts to deepening into and feeling the energy of the practice so that T’ai Chi Chih can become the teacher.
Most of my zoom sessions that are not listed on the church website are held in my personal room
