An Opportunity…?

In 1997, eight T’ai Chi Chih students attended a TCC accreditation in my home, which what a unique experience. How did this happen? The host teacher was looking for a location but didn’t one that fit our needs. Since we had added a weaving studio to our home in 1995, it was decided that that space would work. After the weaving equipment was temporarily moved, the space was ready. During the accreditation week someone said the location, property and home had such a positive feng shui. Friends and family continue to tell us they feel comfortable, relaxed and often have a hard time leaving.

After attending this year’s teacher’s conference we decided we’d like to invite TCC teachers who might be traveling through Pennsylvania or Maryland to stop and visit. Stay a few hours or a few nights. Enjoy six quiet acres near a state park, play with two friendly border collies, take walks, relax on the porch, attend another teacher’s class, or do TCC. Perhaps other teachers are willing to open their homes to other TCC teachers who may be traveling in their area. If you are interested please get in touch with me. Perhaps we could put together a list of cities and homes available for traveling teachers. What great way to get to practice TCC with another teacher, and if the timing is right, perhaps attend his or her class.
